The first thing is to make sure the monitor is directly behind your cardoid pattern mic if possible, as this gives the most rejection of sound from the monitor entering the mic, For super cardoid you want your monitors up to a 45deg angle behind the mics.
The next stage is to 'ring out' each monitor mix with a 31 band graphic equalizer. This can be done by slowly increasing the mic gains until the early onset of feedback (ringing)....then cutting the offending frequenciy. Increase gain & repeat.
@gospelboy23 Controlling feedback is about gain, mic placement, and ringing out the system. You need to "notch" out the offending freq. in the monitor EQ (assuming you are using an EQ on monitors). If you are not using an EQ, you need to.
Perhaps I better produce a video to show how this is done....

Some venues have 32amp 3 phase...If not, we will hire a 20KVA silenced generator. We use 2 distribution boxes with 6 x 240 volt outlets.

Do you have a transformer, or do venues always have 3 phase supply?

4 core x 4mm. The wire is actually measured by the conductor's cross sectional area. So 4 square millimetres.
