Actually for me this was the only Zelda I didn't need hints in order to find every heart piece.

Link's awakening is a nightmare heart piece wise, even though there are only 12 heart pieces. Two of them were impossible for me to find without aids.

Their is a secret one deep encoded in the first castle. Then you teleport to the second castle then you use mirror fight the boss that will appear and he dies and his last 1/4 of heart come out. It was revealed in fan club website.

This is not all of them. Off the top of my head, you didn't show the one in Lost woods, the one in the time-labyrinth (same location as the digging game but in the light world), the one in the dark world that requires the magic cape (same location as the entrence to death mountain in the light world) and the one on the east side of the pyramid. And you didn't have to show the bosses, no one can miss those, it's impossible. And, no offense, but I had to mute my speakers while watching this...

When the guy in the woods gives you the shovel to dig for his flute, u take that shovel and then go dig at the game you should get it within 2-3 games :)

I just noticed a few things about this video. First of all, the font for the amounts of Rupees, Bombs, and Arrows are completly different than on the SNES version. Also, the word "Life" and all of the text seem to be in French. How is that even possible when the original game only supported either English or Japanese, depending on whether you have an NTSC/PAL or whatever that they call the Japanese versions of the game?

I know its been 2 years since u posted this, but a tip which I figured out, is to use the somaria staff to put a block there. then just push it until it falls down. then u know ur on the edge. just do it again until your on the other side. liek this u can get across without dying

for those looking for it take the east entrance to the forest, and then up north just a little ways there is a group of 9 bushes, cut the middle one, and you will reveal a hole. go inside.

yes, its always random... my advice is to move very fast and try, at least, to always to get the rupins that you paid and try try try...

there was another heart at the base of the mountain in the light world, where u go in the first cave, its just up there, so u have to go in the dark world and then use the mirror 2 get in the light and then u got it

i think there is a piece of heart at the piramid in the dark world, the piramid that used to be the castle where you first rescue zelda, just go to the rigs side of the piramid.

it is never in the same place, so well... you just have to be lucky... just try to get enough ruppies for trying again and again and then you make it...

Actually, it's okay. About half an hour after I commented this I found the heart while digging so it was ok.

And I actually didn't need 3 more, I only needed 2, and that one I just looked up on the internet and found out about the one on Death Mountain in the dark world where you use your magic cape through the blue bouncy thingy.

One you're missing. When you arrive at the Pyramid of Power, go down the steps and drop down to the lower ledge. Then, go right and drop down to the lower ledge, then walk along it right and up to the Piece of Heart.

I believe this is from someone who was doing a 100% speed run. Since the red shield doesn't appear on your ending item list, he skipped getting it (along with the blue mail, but he does get the red mail)

they're called something like titan's mitt, and are at some gargoyle cave, you know kakariko town? well, when you're in darkworld it changes to some gargole stuff... play your flute in front of some stone monster and you can get in =)

listen, at the cemantary you go to the top- right and there are some rocks you can't pass through, you need those strong gloves to lift them away and then you hit (with dash) some grave and go downstairs
