Whenever I do a "normal path" playthrough I always prefer Control over Blast. Only part that sucks is that you don't hit checkpoints when you use Control, so sometimes I'd end up dying and go back about half a level.

While the affect of using Chaos Control is epic, since the hero jobs usually involve finding items or defeating every enemy instead of getting to the end fo the level, Chaos Blast is better. XD
