You also need to beat the Elite Four, and Cynthia in Diamond and Pearl. THen you can go to the trophy garden, talk to Mr. Backlot or whatever his name is, say "YES" to all of his questions, and you can start your Pokemon hoarding! He'll give you a Poketch app to see how many Pokemon you can collect and such. There are Eevee, and new Pokemon you couldn't find before. There are even shiny Eevees too! :D

Ice stones dont exist, and Leaf stones arent used. Leafeon and Glaceon evolve by level-up in certain places in the Eterna Forest and Route 217, respectively.

I LOVE my vaporeon I wanted Leafeon at first but then I evolved little Jasper into Vaporeon and I have never regreted it! It took out the champion's pokemon on it's own (except one that was taken out by Beccy- my Luxray) it can even take out electic types and grass types yay

Use a watar stone for vaporeon, fire for flareon, and thunder for jolteon. To get the other two, just follow the video. Also, just to clarify, Umbreon evolves via max happiness in the night and Espeon via max happiness in the day. That's why you should catch 2 Eevees in luxury balls, and use the sooth bell too if you can

Eevee's 7 evolutions are easy after you have the national dex. Just go to the Pokemon Mansion, save outside of it, and talk to the resident and keep resetting until he says he has Eevees in his garden. Put a level 18 pokemon in your first slot and use max repel (so you only get Eevees and Pikachus appearing) and catch 6 Eevees - you should already have one from earlier. Make sure to catch 2 in luxury balls since Umbreon and Espeon evolve via happiness (night, day). Use stones for the original 3.

Remember BeBe? From HeartHome? In the house by the pokemon center, BeBe is there, leave an empty spot in your party, talk to her, and you'll get BeBe's PC instead of Someones. Talk again and you get Eevee.

i don't think the game is particularly picky about where exactly you are in eterna forest or rt 217, as long as you're there to level eevee up. it works along the same lines for nosepass and magneton at mt coronet.
