Actually if you would like some odds on finding the vehicles, just go to each police station and you should find atleast 1 of them special ones... Only in TBOGT though you will find those vehicles he has shown... Just talking about the cruiser and motorcycle though

@andymunoz619 well first of all make sure your playing the ballad of gay tony edition of the game and if you are make sure your online and in free mode. i only play free mode so that is the only mode i am aware of these vehicles being in.

I've seen the files that show the top speeds of all of the cars available in-game, the Comet is the fastest, the Infernus is the second fastest and after that there are several cars with matching top speeds. If there is any car in the game that would be considered perfect, I think it is the Sultan RS, it is really fast and has wonderful handling.

Wait the fasts vehicles in tbogt is The Police Stringer. It goes 223 mph. And The fasts vehicle in regular Gta 4 is the Comet. It goes 215 mph. The Police Stringer, the Police Motor Cylcle, and the Police Buffalo is not in single player. It's only in Multiplayer. I know Gta a lot cause I beat the game and a freak at it. I beat Grand Theft Auto IV, The Lost And Damned, and The Ballad Of Gay Tony.
