the trainer gave khan no help in the corner, Petterson did the most affective punches, people just get amused by khans quick flurries, i feel the body blows gave petterson the fight, and petterson dictated the fight and khan was fighting his style and looked like he was trying to survive, Khan did a good job, and Khan pushed off in the 12th and upercuted him while the ref said break thats how the point was dedcuted,,, Petterson won the fight and controled the fight from 3round up

Well done to Lamont Peterson, he won the fight fair and square. Amir Khan was a bad loser - he didn't heed the warnings and paid the penalty. The referee was by no means as bad as made out in the British press (I'm British myself). Overall feeling from watching the fight is that Peterson was the better man. Good fight anyway. Khan needs to stop acting like a Premiership manager - take responsibility for a defeat and don't blame the referee.

I think Khan won by 114-111, the ref kinda fucked it up, but dam wtf Khan just let the fight get away from him taking shots and letting Peterson build up momentum, the points deductions not to sure about them, the ref fucked up the 1st knockdown to, but then Amir really should stop all this macho bullshit and he was defo looking past lamont, he did throw away the fight, and we need a rematch asap in vegas with a decent ref.

I'm a Khan fan. I do think there was something fishy and also the referee taking points of Khan for pushing and especially in the 12th round, he didn't warn Khan and took a point of him!

However I think Peterson deserved to win, he just wanted it more, he had the bigger heart, and landed much cleaner punches, Khan was running a lot, he was getting pounded with uppercuts on the ropes. If you are not going to fight back you are going to lose the fight!

khan lost the fight when he was on the ropes, he was letting peterson hit him and wasn't throwing nothing! He did that against Maidana but he got away with because he won the 1st half of that fight!
