  • She has beautiful handwriting. ._. Very artistic child.

  • I'm sorry but the cyrillic alphabet was, indeed, conceived by the Roman brothers and saints, Cyril and Methodius in the Bulgarian empire. They ended up in Bulgaria because of the fact that only the Bulgarian Orthodox Church was willing to take them in. Boris the first wanted Bulgaria to have its own alphabet, contributing to its national identity. Cyril and Methodius developed this alphabet in the town of Preslav, which is today's Shumen.

  • @Plamen2007 Wasn't bulgarians already had their own proto-bulgarian alphabet?

And cyril and methodij developed GLAGOLITIC alphabet, not cyrillic!

Cyrillic had been developed by Cyril's students Clement and Naum, who named their alphabet CYRILLIC,in honor of their teacher Cyril!Read a little before you comment!

You have made a big mistake..Cyril and Methodij didn't invent Cyrillic alphabet but Glagolitic!

  • @CAKIMacedonian No, Proto-Bulgarians used the Greek alphabet for their writing. Boris I commissioned for this alphabet to be created so that the Bible could be translated into it, so that Bulgaria could become officially recognized by the eastern orthodox church. Although Cyril and Methodius can be associated with the development of the Glagolitic alphabet, there is no conclusive proof that they were. It is widely documented, however, that they were responsible for the Cyrillic alphabet.

  • @Plamen2007 The findings in Pliska,Preslav and Mutaflar, are showing us letters which are not greek, neither cyrillic! What that means?

proto bulgarians used another alphabet which was different than those two!

  • @CAKIMacedonian Can you not make bold claims without sharing your sources? Why am I arguing with you anyway? Look at your profile. You're a Macedonian nationalist. No matter how comprehensive the facts you present me with, the biggest fact will remain that your opinion is extremely biased.

  • @Plamen2007 You want to say that you never heard about your proto-bulgarian alphabet and findings?

  • @CAKIMacedonian I'm familiar with the fact that Proto-Bulgarians used the Greek alphabet : )

  • @Plamen2007 Those findings of Pliska and Preslav are very different than the greek alphabet! And,second, how you could used greek letters,in asia?the place from where you came from?

  • @AnoyingHaga22312 Its not a russian alphabet. Russian contains else Ё (between Е and Ж), Ы (Ъ-Ь) and Э (Ь-Ю). In modern russian language Ё is almost not used, and Е stands for this, but Ы and Э are however always used, so its not a russian one.

  • is there a way of writing the Cyrillic Alphabet that is not cursive, like we print in English? I can't locate one so the help would be appreciated. :)

  • Cirilic alphabet(AzBuka) is perfect for slaven languages...Poland ,cheh and croats and slovenian write latinic under west influence...

  • @JimmyBarca Croatians use latinic, but it works perfectly for us. We moved straight from glagolitic alphabet to latin, so we skipped cirillic(if you dont count bosančica), as we used angled glagolica till 19.th century. In latiin alphabet we didn't make things so complicated like Poles, and Czechs did. We have every sighn corresponding to a proper sound. Aa,Bb,Cc,Čč,Ćć,Dd,Dždž,Đđ,Ee,Ff,Gg,Hh,Ii,Jj,Kk,Ll,Ljlj,Mm,Nn,Njnj,Oo,Pp,Rr,Ss,Šš,Tt,Uu,Vv,Zz,Žž. Poles have too much digrams for same sound.

  • @xusko6 We=?...You mean you use Vuk Stefanovic Karadzic alphabet made for Serbs and Croats..i dont see 3rd nation that could be "we"...2nd thing even Romanian writed Cirilics untill 150 years ago...

  • @JimmyBarca I ment We as Croatians. Our latinic alphabet was made by Ljudevit Gaj, as he used some sighns from Czech and Polish alphabet. The cirillic alphabet was not used by Croatians. Vuk made cirillic alphabet for Serbs as he made few changes for Serbs. Like adding signs for "ć,đ,lj,nj..." and adding "j" from latinic alphabet. You started to use latinic after Novosadski ugovor, as Serbian and Croatian language were merged into fictional one called Serbocroatian.

    Where is letter "Ы"?))))

  • @druid80lvl No shi did not miss Ё. She is writing the Bulgarian Cyrillic alphabet, not the Russian one. In Bulgarian they do not have "Ё"

  • @StudentskyEminentsky They are so similar... hm)

  • The Cyrillic alphabet (pronounced /sɨˈrɪlɪk/) or azbuka is an alphabetic writing system developed in the First Bulgarian Empire during the 10th century AD at the Preslav Literary School. It is used in various languages, past and present, of Eastern Europe and Asia, especially those of Slavic origin, and also non-Slavic languages influenced by Russian.

    wikipedia

  • @sbulgaria

I preffer version, that our alphabet was developed by greeks, because old slavic alphabet looks like greek alphabet. And as we know, cyrrilic writing were used in 8-9th century AD.

  • @sbulgaria sweat dreams bulgarian tatars asiatic tribe you are far from us Macedonians

  • You are all idiots.Macedonians have nothing to do here since they don't use exactly cyrillic ,they use some serbian nonsense .Anyway we should unite not divide.Don't really understand why macedonians hate bulgarians. The other way around is not very common. However this is about cyrillic so: Глупци,това е място,където може да се научи нещо,никой не се интересува от политиканстването ви.Не спекулирайте,а попрочетете малко литература(вкл. чуждa) по въпроса.Така или иначе:баста

  • Cyrillic was created by the brothers st Kiril and Metodi. They were born in Solun i.e. Tesaloniki today part of Greece but at that time had nothing to do with Greece.

They were Slavs and in that time didn't exist nations in the same way i.e. meaning as today. It was more slavic tribes ruled by kings mixed with the old i.e. native people. I as a Macedonian, like to see them as more than only macedonians i.e. slavic educators that belong to all nations with slavic elements. They belong to all.

  • VIVA BULGARIA

  • Is that Russian patriotic music?

  • @jityr2 : No. It's bulgarian.

  • i believe that video could be very usefull.. but the person who writes *obviously* doest have much experience..that now could have a bad influence on people who ve never read or written in bulgarian

  • vurvi narode izrudeni!! :X:X

  • You forgeted the 'Ëë'.

  • @hundehvalp22 : We don't have 'Ëë' in bulgarian alphabet.

  • @methinkso056 ow haha yea i am not a great speller

  • to me this is like cursive i will forget this too and i taught Korean was hard to write

  • Does this person realize that they've missed "Ы" and "Э"?

  • @alvara120 this is Bulgarian alphabet there is no bl or Э it's a little different

  • This is perfectly corect ''this is the rusian Alphabet'' and we are writing exactly like that

  • Thank you for kindly replying..My Russ is very limited ..Did O Level in 1972 .. self taught .. got top grade .. there was no technology then so I never heard REAL Russ..then forgot everything until I started a tiny bit of charity work in Ukraine in 2000..am going for last time this year ..will have to speak some Russ.. biggest problem = understanding spoken Russ..(Listening Comp)..I teach a tiny bit of Russ and am having a few lessons myself..Any advice on the List Comp problem? Thanks..John

  • @Pochkigena

    I can help you!

  • Do all Russians make their letters quite so "fancy" ? I like the video .....John Russian Teacher UK

  • @Pochkigena Please note that this is how Bulgarians write. Ours is a bit different

  • I DONT EWEN KNOW CIRILYC ANYMORE!!!

  • it is so funy, watching how foreigner writes your native letters))) she writes them so wierdly))) if to compare her with our kids, who only learn how to write, even they write letters in other way. it`s very interesting!)

  • Great stuff, but would have been better if you slowed down, and put in some time to copy. And of course, if possible, have someone read the letters instead of just having a song....

  • @Gnofisk i agree with you totaly and also one leter is missing

  • @MONICA9999S yeah and the person got the D wrong it's Д and the person forgot zh, unless this is a different cyrillic alphabet

  • @AnimeLuver70 actually the Д is correct, it looks like a D in cursive.

  • Quick to stereotype, aren't we dgdbg? Not all Americans use Wikipedia. I have never used it other than mere amusement. In fact, I use the marvelous stylings of Encyclopedia Dramatica.

  • Looks like Latin

  • If you even bothered to take a look at the description of the video wyou would have seen that this is clearly the bulgarian alphabeth. Now go and edit your piece of shit project for fuck sake.

  • You Americans are just the worst stock - stupid, arrogant and proud of it. Wikipedia is a click away from you, but you prefer spewing your fucking shit all over me. The First Bulgarian Empire was a slavic realm and the hub of Slavic culture in the early middle ages. The cyrilic alphabeth( a renewed version of the glagolic alphabeth) was created by the desciples of Cyril and Methodius - Naum of Preslav and Clement of Ohrid(both of which were bulgarian)

  • this might sound stupid but how do you pronounce cyrillic

  • how many d's are there?

  • It's rus alphabet.Had to study this when i was in middleschool and now i don't use it. kinda pointless.

  • MY GOD!!! her handwriting is machine perfect! the things i could do if i could do that...

hey macedonian zombies, do you know what does macedonia means in italian? it means fruit salad hahahahhaa

  • @ssiso8 is that suppose to offend me?!

FYI, the truth is "macedonian salad" is the name of salad. Same as "Russian salad"!

p.s. by the things you have written i can can say that you are one uneducated typical balkan warmhead, full with hate and disrespect to the rest of the balkan nations. You, ex fascist and communist country shoud be more quiet on this metter. And who do you call zombie.bloody tatars came from central asia. "the oldest country in the world"haha where should i even begin lol

  • @meerkatmobs I don't remember what I wrote before some months but I'm gonna say only one thing Macedonia is an illusion. I don't really care about Macedonia.. the entire world knows the truth ... even you... and yes it hurts..

  • @ssiso8 bulgaria = copy + paste

    Long Live Macedonia

  • @meerkatmobs long :D haha for really long time it was bulgaria.. it's macedonia from.. when ... 20 years or what :D you're all losers.. and you know it that's why you don't stop responding to my comments..

and don't tell me bulgaria = copy and paste.. you are trying to steal the history of all other balkan countries... macedonian history books = sci-fi pre movies ...

come on dude.. your grand mother knows bulgarian

  • @ssiso8 Macedonia was ocupied by the fascist bulgaria during WWII.

far in the past was ruled by many kingdoms but we were and we are and we will be macedonians forever.

p.s. why every buvgarian is coming in Macedonia? -looking for hi father! lol

    Long live MACEDONIA

  • @meerkatmobs u fucking macenonian Gypsy !!! hah xD

  • mn grozno pishesh we! Samo oburkwash xorata!

  • Is this cursive?

  • @achokingvitcim

    da:)

  • where is ы ?

  • i dont even know how to speak

i really want to learn russian

  • great video

    but the last lol

  • αυτή η αλφαβήτα δεν δημιουργήθηκε από Έλληνες ;

  • Cyrillic was created to be used for Bulgarian but was later adopted by many Slavic language speaking countries.

  • they use this in bulgaria? is that like close to russia or not im not familiar with bulgarian cyceric but i know that other european countries use it too like serbian cycleric

  • @okpapereat this is Bulgarian alphabet, not cyrylic not russian or other it is called Bulgarian alphabet. Other peoples like Serbians,Russian,Ukrainians,FYROMS etc use it. But its still Bulgarian. Like All west Europe use Latin its the same but in East Europe - Bulgarian alphabet.

  • @Jigov :S are you saying that i have something with Tataria ? huh ... read some History dumbass and than go back in Asia where you belong.

  • @zenSk28 If you call me tatarian ( which is absurd) than yes, you call yourself tatar too. cuz between me and you there is not differences. even language is the same, but you are too brainwashed to admit it.

  • @Jigov language is the same ??? go find a doctor please

  • @Jigov Serbians write otherwise г (with dash on the top), Д (capital letter д like 2), п (like и with the dash on the top) and т (like ш with the dash on the top) plus we use:

    ј (j), љ (lj), њ (nj), ћ (ć), ђ (đ) and џ (dž) and we don't use й, щ, ъ, ь, ю and я.

  • @dbogdanovic1987 explain to the people why in your churches the preiests still use old Bulgarian language, than tell me about my language and his dialekts.

  • @Jigov we call that language old Slavic, not old Bulgarian.

  • @dbogdanovic1987 "old slavic" lol there is not slavic language. There is Bulgarian language. This "slavic language" is the child of the russian propaganda, realise it. In the past in Europe there were only 3 oficial languages: Greek, Latin, Bulgarian. You canno have slavic language if there is not slavic country, nation or whatever.

  • @Jigov I don't have time to argue with you. Believe whatever you want. This is what I've learned at school and what I believe:

East Slavic languages: Russian, Belarusian and Ukrainian

West Slavic: Polish (with Kashubian), Czech, Slovak, Upper and Lower Sorbian

    South Slavic:

    Western section Slovene, Croatian, Serbian (with Montenegrin and Bosnian);

Eastern section: Macedonian, Bulgarian and Old (Church) Slavonic - dead language used only in churches.

Don't believe me? Check on Wikipedia.

  • @Jigov ... and please don't tell me that all these languages came from Bulgarian which (with Macedonian) are the only Slavic languages without cases. As I said, check Wikipedia and find out what you missed at school.

And please stop replying me, I don't have time to argue with you. I also checked your profile and saw that you're not arguing just with me. It looks like your history made up just like Turkish where everybody on Balkan was happy during Ottoman Empire. Just comparison

    Have a nice day

  • @dbogdanovic1987 Wikipedia.... are you serius .........dont waste my time. Go read some real books. And what you learnt at school: do you think 45 Years of Comunism hasnt affected your histroy books?? lol think about it. From: How FYROM became a different country to "history and slav language and peoepls" lol man gimmi a break,.

  • @Jigov

    1. Wikipedia in English is not written by Serbs.

    2. Real books written by who? By Bulgarians?

    3. Don't tell me Bulgaria wasn't Communist country. Communism didn't affect your history books? Yeah, right.

    4. It's gimme not gimmi.

    5. This is my last answer. You should check for some answers outside Bulgaria.

  • @dbogdanovic1987 not Bulgarian Book: Greek,Latin,Armenian,Persian,Romen,Russian.

Bulgarian history books was manipulated by comunists too, but we have changed a lot last 20 years, i think in Serbia nothing has changed. My information comes 90% for sources outside Bulgaria. About Wikipedia.... again, are you serious????

  • @dbogdanovic1987 lol dude calm down.. I have friends from Serbia and I don't wanna talk against your nation.

I can tell you only one thing. Yes, we were a communist country.. but do you know how long it's been since Bulgaria exists ? No? Well I don't know too cuz when I was at school I knew that it's existence is recorded 681. And now there are new records which say it exists before that year.. Probably Bulgaria is one of the oldest countries in the world so don't say communist country nd so on

  • @Jigov I take Russian at my school, i can ensure you that this is the alphabet, it's just in script, the letters in print and script look very different

  • @kkmmcc8 haha and I take your mom from the back everynite.. I can ensure you.. she's very satisfied ...

  • @Jigov This is the Russian. alphabet, i take Russian, the thing is the letters are written in script, the letters in print are very different from the ones in script

  • @kkmmcc8 The fact that russians use doenst make it Russian....

English,French and Spain use latin alphabet, but their language is not called Latin, right?? Same here. Russian use Bulgarian alphabet (and not only them), but they have their own language. Btw Russian language is 60-70% old Bulgarian language... for example. I never studied russian in my life -> i understand very well all russians, and i can read and write perfect in Russian :)

  • @Jigov This is the Russian language, it's the Cyrillic alphabet, the letters have a printed version and then a script version, the script is easier to right so most russians in russia use it, but this is the Cyrillic alphabet, and after you know what each letter means, yes you can read out words but you wouldn't be able to know what it is

  • @kkmmcc8 I think i know better than you what version is has, since i use it everyday....this is the Bulgarian alphabet, and i will tell you why. Cuz in the Russian alphabet there is 2 more letters than in Bulgarian ( they kept the old version of it ) I guess u learnt nothing in school, if u cannot make the difference. Also the letters in Russian have different line. And also, the song that childrend sing, is about the Bulgarian alhpabet, can you guess why ???

  • @Jigov How do you know better than me? If you had the sheet in front of you, while you watch the girl writing, it's the same thing, and you seem to be the only one to think it's not the Cyrillic alphabet, but it is, have you ever actually taken Russian, because the script version of the letters is the first thing we've learned, i never said anthing about the song, i'm just talking about the letters, the song is irrevelent

  • @kkmmcc8 This is the Bulgarian alphabeth.

  • @dgdbg The cyrillic alphabet is used by a number of countries, bulgaria being one of them, and so is Russia, the language however was originally created for Russia, and i think i would know, since i just did a project about the alphabet, it's used by numerous countries

  • @kkmmcc8 Well it must have been a an awful project then. The cyrilic alphabet was developed in Bulgaria and the Bulgarians were the first to use it. There are many variations of the cyrilic alphabeth, this one being the bulgarian version. You are very incompetent and have no idea what you are talking about.

  • @dgdbg Or your the one who doesn't know what they're talking about, tell me where you heard this because it is wrong, are you Bulgarian, maybe pride is making you say stupid things

  • @kkmmcc8 Read a history book you ignorant sack of shit!

  • @Arrows73 I fuck your country u motherfucker it's bulgarian music from old times u motherfucking troll FUCK U
