Thank you so much for posting these songs!!! makes me proud that the music is keep alive by videos like this hopefully someone that does not know this music stumbles upon it and is blown away as i am by it!!
Re comments below re 2Rairity Value of CF's records ,Generally Charlie kinda didnt see eye to eye with ....well anyone else in the music busines . His attitude got in the way of his talent but we (and the makers of the "Kill Bill" movies) recocognise it . He has even reached me in Scotland .. bet he never thought that would happen back in the 50's
One of the greatest rockabilly records ever. Right up there with Gene Norman's 'Night Train', Orden Sexton's 'Rockaway', Junior Thompson's 'Raw Deal', Clyde Owen's 'Swingin' Little Katie', and Art Adams 'Dancing Doll' to name a few of the very best.
Original rockabilly 45s and 78s are quite valuable and collectable. They are often found in poor condition. I suspect because they sold to poor hillbillies who played them over and over till their was not much left of them.
I REALLY like Charlie Feathers because he has this really crazy style of singing, he defines his rockabilly sound by his use of his voice. I am a big fan! Too bad there's only one movie of him performing on youtube! greetings, pieter
hes the best rockabilly male singer bar none

Charlie was a friend of mine and my ex. Memphis music isn't the same without Charlie in it. He is missed by many.
