i went to lake compounce 2 and talked to 1 of the guys that worked there. he said that the guy is mentaly ill and he always rides on the swings. it is his favorite ride. The people there love him so much and they let him come in the little stand thing that controlls it and the workers really dont care. anyways, he has a hearing aid and he loves the sound the wind makes in his ear. STOP MAKING FUN OF HIM!!!!

Lol I dont know,like a yelp of sorts.I was reading online from someone that he yells like that because he has a hearing aide and when the wind hits it just right it makes a noise and he likes the noise.I think it is just malarkey,and that he just likes to yell.If you like this video may I recomend you going to my channel,I took some today and you might like the new ones

@Lexicaserta He actually worked at the park a few seasons ago, he doesn't work there anymore, he just comes in as a guest with a season pass now. When he worked there, he would go on the swings when he was not working.
