@TheTHchiX for safety reasons I restrict my cases to 3000 ml, if I need to extract more I split the case into two sessions. Definitely the risks are very very low that way

@doctorsam90210 What would you consider the weight limit for this procedure. I have watched many videos on laser lipo and seen many different sized and shaped people getting this done. My body shape is quite odd actually. My legs fit into a size 4 pants but my waist fits into a size 14 pants. I wanted to get something like this done because dieting and exercise seem to keep my legs tone and my back and shoulders look smaller but it never seems to work on the stomach area.

Safety is operator's dependent , the technique and type of anesthesia. Tumescent or local anesthesia with proper infiltration of fat produces a bloodless aspirate. The size of cannula and area also play a big role.
