There is no "Best in the world" when it comes to playing guitar. For me personally the speed is not very important and I prefer blues to Malmsteen type baroque with superfast shreds,etc. This guy is very good but he is not playing my kind of music and thanks for posting it anyway

If your 13 yr old can do this, post him on youtube and he will be a sensation. This man has a well developed right hand in flamenco technique. Is he a Paco Pena? No way. But he is good.
