  • Wow, when he was pulling the fingers out of the mold@ 2;11, it looked like his willy with a fingernail! I was watching t.v. and then glanced down. That was weird! LOL!

  • @gardogg65 Was the model lying down?

  • Shitty art, I'm a better sculptor than this guy.

  • If I was concentrating on looking at a picture in the Gallery and these Artist stood this woman behind me I would have a heart attack!

It is so uncanny, really marvellous. Thanks for the upload.

    Take care

  • boner alert :P

  • sick but beautiful!

  • I can't believe how real and life like the piece looks! I only have one critique. When we are pregnant the stomach sags down more when you stand up! The model must have been lying down to pose for photos or life pose! I do however love this mans work! It is fantastic! I also love that you made it , larger than life. Bravo!

    💗

  • @54321Judith I disagree it appears flawless stomach sagging would vary from one person to the next

  • SUPERB!

  • But nice tit

  • Creepy

  • Dios Santo mil felicitaciones a esos artistas son extremadamente maravillosos.

  • WOW

  • Where are the first 2 parts?

  • I laughed at 8:17 LOL :))

  • Wow... I can't decide who I think is better... Muek or Puccinini.

  • at least this one in particular, seems too idealized to be called "the most realistic"...like if a woman is going to be pregnant, this is how you want her to look like: no real blemishes, no stretch marks, no saggy skin, no fat, no wrinkles...just perfection. i know its easy to find beauty in the idealized form, but for me i try to find beauty in normal everyday reality.

  • @etheangel2220 I don't think that all women have fat stretchmarked saggy skin when pregnant. There were other signs of imperfection on this piece in the form of moles and acne blemishes. She has an exhausted appeal as well. If the things you mention are what marked your reality, that's fine. Just note that your reality is not everyone's.

And really, you nitpicking this AMAZING work is ridiculous.

  • @TheShine1

it seems you havent had a chance to experience this whole pregnancy thing. its not just my reality, but everyone elses as well. trust me, you will never find a REAL pregnant woman that looks anything close to this perfect form, therefore this is not realistic. rather its a man's idealized interpretation of a pregnant woman. of course its great, but i dont like when artwork doesnt seem to reflect what its supposed to, especially when it comes to what is "realistic"

  • Wow thats talent. True artist. Great Job on detail. I love how he took a pregnant women and made her such a beauty of art.

  • awesomenessssss :DDDDD

  • wow, the way he works is fascinating. Its amazing how extremely detailed his works are !

  • one word, amazing!

  • WOW

  • Comparing the swaddled baby sculpture to a rich and famous baby is classist and misanthropic to the degree it ignores poor and unimportant babies, many of whom were swaddled historically and globally. Jesus was considered to have been born in a manger (a trough). One might instead call this the baby of ancient humanity, the humble beginning of a great and fearful species.

  • you are magicians guys! thanks for your work!

  • it's great to see this artist in action. thanks!

  • omg the face is the most realistic sculpt silicone is a magic!!!!

  • i have three words ... OH - MY - GOD! talk about raw tallent :D

  • Insane! That would give my mom a heart attack. Hats off to you sir!!

  • At 2:43 the narrator says that the mold was completely filled but at 4:48 she has no bottoms too her feet so it looks like she is hollow otherwise she would be heavy so was a part of the vid skipped? did you use rotational casting?

  • @john17972 shame on you for saying such a thing

  • @john17972 asshole!!!!!!!!

  • =O wow!

  • esto es espectacular ;)

  • How educationa....B( . )( . )BS!

  • i would fuckin to anything to go to his museum

  • thanks for uploading this :D a truly great artist who makes art into a true life form ^.^

  • What an artist. I don't have the words. amazing.

  • wow! O___O

  • i wish the video would have shown how they did the bulk of the hair for this sculpture. But, eitherway, this is is the most realistic sculpture I have ever seen. Gotta love his/their attention to detail.

  • fucken freaky dude wtfuck it should move and scare mee!

  • This guy is awsome

  • 06.51- Silicone sticks to silicone, but does it stick to lytex???

  • how did they join the two half's together??

did they just pump to full of resin???

  • @TamaraAndTheDemon I was wondering that, it was hollow but I think the unset resin just binds.

  • how did they join the two half's together??

  • That's awesome but wtf, is she having like quadruplets or something?

  • wow that is beautiful

  • Michelangelo is still the best sculptor ever :)

  • I would for him to make me a giant Vadge

  • true beauty in the eyes of man

  • It`s looking so real! Awesome!

  • the first time i saw the final work on video, I thought I was looking at a photo of the model. Mueck is just incredible! Thanks for sharing

  • amazing

  • i far as i can remember the mother and the wrapped baby were made in response to Mueck being a resident artist at the National Gallery, so alot of the genesis for the work came from classical painting with heavy religious overtones, thats probably why the narrator makes these comparisons. Great video, brilliant artist. Thanks for posting, haven't seen this in a while.

  • how do you inevitably compare a baby to christ? you could say that about any baby in art. The narrator keeps comparing Mueck's work to christian idols. And I don't see it. I think they're trying too hard to make that comparison.

  • <3 .

  • i love mueck. he is friggen fantastic. when i look at his sculptures, i cant help but smile because they are just so incredible

  • I feel insignificant now.. thanks so much... haha.. I'm so impressed.
