Carosel Bar is not the best nor is it the worst bar on Fields Ave, like most the the bars its runs hot and cold. I prefer it to alot of the "newer bigger" bars which cater to tourist. The bars with slot machines are for Japs and Koreans who rather gamble and play with themselves than play with the girls. Dumps like Nero's I never bother with anymore. Gotta love Insomnia, Angelwitch and Champagne bars!!
