It's easy with some practice: I slip my hand one fret button to the left or the right, so my pinkie or the index press the next button.

i can do good on easy mode but on medium i can do good on it on some songs but hard and expert man will i ever go that far lol

Haha, wish I was good with my SG on the real life. Practice makes perfect, the music is the key, you must listen to the rhythm, and solos are surely real fingerbleeders. You have to know to measure the pace with the fingers.
