    You actually don't need to be that flexible to do most of these. Try them and see! If you have a rolled up yoga mat, a couple of hardy pillows or a big couple of rolled towels, just place them where I do, and lie down over them. If there are specific ones you can't figure out, let me know. These are hard to do wrong. Just be and breathe.

  • Hello Girl, On the above restorative Video I find some of these hard for a beginner to emulate. Some of us beginners are far from flexible yet. By beginner,I mean that I have no idea of where to look for the very basics, as well as my 50 y/o bodies rusted Chasis needs a front end alignment,Tuneup and Oil Change! Any reccomendations for those BRAND NEW and sadly unfamiliar w/Lingo as well? (Hint, you could write a book aimed at us Dinos,who late in life need qualified direction..) Namaste!

Brilliant! I'm a stay at home single mum right now. And I need quick fixes. I think this ones for me! Or maybe you can think about doing more 10 minute sequences for mums!   • Hi Sadie, I am happy to see more videos from you. Sadie I want to ask you 2 things. After following your advise I started to loose weight(my main objective was to loose weight)but for past 2 months my weight is stuck on 54 Kg. Its not increasing nor decreasing. What should I do? I want to loose more 2 kgs. Secondly if you could kindly tell how to get rid of lazyness through yoga? Sometimes I feel so tired lazy that even after a nap or rest I get more lazier than ever. Please guide. Thanks

  • @asheys75: I know your question was posed for Sadie but I can tell lazyness might indicate something wrong with your diet, perhaps the lack of some minerals, unsufficient water or carbs supply or simply not being eating at hours. If you still have that problem, check with your physician what you are eating and how. Hope it helps.
