Cool! I'm doing something very similar for a news package on plastic surgery. Hardest part so far is animating the photos as they fall in. I'm starting them off camera and dropping straight down, with a slight rotation. Be sure to turn on Motio Blur for anything moving and use "easy ease".

The pictures were all animated by hand in After Effects. They were created in photoshop and there are several tuts online on how to break up a larger picture into Polaroids. just do a google searhc. thanks everyone for the kinds words
