No, tanning in the SUN harms skin and puts you at risk for skin cancer. Self tanning lotions are as safe as any moisturizers and greatly reduce the risk of skin cancer since you won't be in the actual sun

Sun Labs is really goood. it leaves you an amazing color and doesn't smell bad and it can be a little streaky but you just have to rub it in good.

i dont personally use a self tanner but a few of my friends do, and i herd the Jergans Natural Glow works the best. But in this video you barley mentioned it at all. And i have not noticed that it "smells bad" lol But one of my friends, who buys the higher name/priced products, said she has tried tones of different kinda and the Jergans works the best. so il recommend to her to try the St. Tropez :)

I looooveee Victoria's Secret Beach Sexy instant tanning lotion! The smell isn't bad at all and as long as you dont use too much on your elbows, knees, etc. its not orange at all! Make sure you wash your hands good though! :)

jergens has a mousse one and it is AMAZING!! and it's only 6-8 bucks depending where you shop i got mine for 7 bucks at target and i am obsessed with it. if you apply it right after you get out of the shower while you still have some water on your skin the mousse just sinks right in and doesn't leave you streaky! color will develop in less than a week! very gradual and every time i use it my friends continuously rave about how radiant and tan my skin looks! highly recommend!

I'm really happy that you do these self tanning videos, & that you do chose not to sit out & bake in the sun... It makes girls like me, who have had Melanoma skin cancer in the past feel better. I think it's awesome that girls here on YT are making self-tanning videos because using self tanner & sunscreen rather than nothing is a much wiser option!

PLUS! Baking in the sun (or tanning beds) gives wrinkles * sun spots... & those aren't cute, & you'll wish you didn't have them later on in life ;)

@britnehx3 I have it and yes it does, but if you get the 3 day tanning one I honestly just put it on once and it stays on for a week. It is REALLY hard for me to blend in though. I think the last time I did it I rubbed it in for 20 minutes and it was still streaky the next day. But the gradual 1 week one always worked really well for me! Hope this helps! Oh and it smells really gross though...people have commented on me wearing it!

Oh I love St. Tropez Bronzing Mouse. For face I recommend Chanel Perfect Colour Face Self-Tnner SPF *. It smells so good (practically no self-tan smell) and gives a very natural tan :)

i use the BANANA BOAT summer color self-tanning mist (airbrush color)

its a spray that you can put on as much as you want at one time until you get your desired color (but do not spray on face..spray in hand then rub on face) last up to 7days with one spray...its for all skin tones and color develops in just 2 hours. its smell is not bad at all. i put this on the morning of PROM and it looked VERY NATURAL and was great people thought i actually went tanning. :D

I just bought the Rimmel London - instant tanning lotion/mousse. And it smells tropical and gives a really good bronze sort of colour.. but it can leave streaks if your rubbing up and down. so i just rub donwards. and the St Tropez and St Moriz are amazing!!! you can buy it in Boots here in the UK!
