Eddie Levert & Walter Williams have been the foundation of something truly special for such a long period of time......I simply can't adequately express how much I love, appreciate & RESPECT their contributions to the world of entertainment. Eddie Levert & Walter Williams represent the purest meaning of the Term "Musical Icons". hey ahhyo, quite honestly you sound pretty ridiculous. I'm 21 years old and I was raised on this type of music from my parents generation and I love every bit of it. I feel like music today doesn't even hold a candle to some of the greats like The Temptations, The Manhattas, and The O'Jays- just to name a few. Instead of saying that we need to stop frontin like we know grown folk music, how about you appreciate the fact that we know truly great music.

Yo! Check this out, I like how some people (kids) think they enjoy/love/relate to some music that their too young or better yet before there time. In other words, just because your family or the movie(s) you've seen, doesn't mean that you have to emulate and relate to it. This is grown folk music, so quit frontin' like you old school. The beautiful thing about music.... and I mean good music... is that wether it's "old school" or "new school" is that it has no boundaries. Good music hits the spot for everyone... I'm 25 and I'll be damn if anyone is gonna tell me I cant listen to music from the 50's, 60's, or 70's--- cuz that's when music was MUSIC. Just b/c I wasn't around to enjoy it then doesn't mean I can't love it now.
