Was your hair chemically treated (dyed, straightened, relaxed, permed...etc...) before you used Lush Henna? I'm scared about the metals/salts melting my hair off. (My hair is currently dyed - but I want to switch to natural dye)
The longer you keep the henna in the deeper the color gets... given henna smells horrible and dries out really quick and takes forever to wash out... thanks sooo much for the review =)
i used the lush henna hair dye - AND I LOVE IT! I have naturally black hair and dyed it so it is very dark brown and shines reddish brown in the light. Washing it out was a nightmare but worth it (i slept in the cling film too). Even after several washes the herby smell is still there (as well as it still washing out yellow) and the colour becomes more noticeable with every wash!
I'm about to do this to my hair. Should I have a friend with me to help? I have only died my hair once before and since I have some what blonde hair should I keep it on for all the 6 hours?
If you have someone to help then I do recommend it. SInce your hair is lighter you may not need to leave it on for so long. But do a strand test beforehand and that should give you a better idea.
Thanks a lot!!! Its really easy. I just parted my hair on the side, and combed it forward and twisted it back. I added some hair pins to secure it and put it in a side ponytail. I'll try and make a video on it tomorrow.
Thank you for your instructions I did the lush henna last night. I have used another brand of henna before. This was great

Hi do you still henna with Lush? How does your hair feel, I saw someone comment on another
girls video that it made her hair dry. Is your hair relaxed or natural. How much of the block did you use? Thanks for the review.
