  • I do that last exercise with my girlfriend.

  • Seether - Fine Again

  • YEAAA, I TOTALLY CAN DO THIS , YEA.

  • The name of this video should be core exercise with bad posture and lots of gimanstic bad habits...

  • 16 couch potatoes.

  • OK...I actually thought that I could do some of these things with a few months of work, since I'm in not-too-bad shape right now.

BUT....after watching those upside-down, backward push-ups against the wall I realized this guy is a freak.

  • yeah thanks okay

  • Your core strengh is amazing, I hope to mimic your core exercises one day

  • these exercises are for the elite...navy seals, rangers...airborn, you know, the ones that work out everyday and eat healthy.

  • I daily do 3:33 - 4:04 :)

  • yeah big respect, good video

  • What the......SHhhhiiiii...I wish!

  • As I know, the 1st excercise was create by Burce Lee.

    It is quite quite Difficult~!

  • Just add this vid to my fav's...there's no way i could remember all this cool shit in one viewing...great set...thank you

  • dude!!! these ab workouts have been a great help. thanks

  • Great Video, great control and form, I use a lot of these moves too. But it was nice to get a few more new ones from you...backwards wall one, the high plank with twist leg and the head stands are new but thanks man you guys are rocking it.

Keep it up and keep shoot out these sick Videos I love the new challenges. I'm going to go pratice now so thanks.

    Geronimo

  • So what style of training did you move on to? i think you shoulda atyed with this your pretty awesome

  • This is actually an exercise I learned from Bruce Lee's fighting method by M. Uhara (basic training). The way Bruce use to do it, he'd use a standard bench press (not an olympic bench press), hold on to the barbell supports and do the same motion of getting your legs just about parallel with the bench only you DO NOT let your butt touch the seat. It's VERY hard. It took me a few weeks before I could do it. I use to do 10-20 reps. Even in my 40's I can still do this only not as many.

  • I'm only referring to the 1st exercise 00:00 to 00:24.

  • 2:11- holy cow!

  • 3:37 what's the name of that exercise?

  • @tlast2O12dude I would call it "repeatedly failing to stand upright after attempting a backbend". Ha ha j/k but I wouldn't be surprised if that was the inspiration for it.

  • you are damn strong i cant possibly do any of these so what's the point

  • I don't understand why anyone would waste time doing these exercises. They are very unnecessary. Deadlifts, overhead squats, weighted crunches, weighted planks, weighted twists are all you really need. These are just a waste of energy

  • @atlgville75 because they're fun to watch.

  • @atlgville75 that might work for you

but if you want to challenge your core in new ways and reach new levels of fitness and core strength then you must experiment

  • 4:25 I'm curious.. what is this move called?

  • So this is what Spiderman looks like without his mask on.

  • nice vid, some great variations here, good luck

  • yes this guys are pretty strong. I don't see my self doing all of this. It looks pretty hard to do.

  • haha i have to say that last one showed how mature i was cause i giggle and said hes humping the ball lol

  • yeah, I do those at the gym and this is the first time I have ever seen anyone else do it. I must look like an idoit when i do that! hahaha it totally looks like he is humping the ball!

  • The name of the song is Fine Again by Seether!

  • reply me with the song please

  • anyone got a name for the song?

  • @steveboy35 ya its seether song is called fine again. go buy it, the whole cd is awsome!

  • haha no thank you

  • They are really good..

But last one made me crack up too

  • LOL!!!!!!!! humping a ball!!!!

  • Twisting! Ahhhh!

  • they'd probably sick if you could pull them off like this guy haha

  • 0:13 !!!! ???????? i cannot I am not from le Cirque Do Soleil hahaa

  • Well done

  • the last one made me laugh but these are all superb!

  • Very advanced. You better be in great shape to try some of these exercises.

  • Awesome. These are great.

Nice Video not many core exercises on youtube as good as this one.

    Thanks!!!!

  • THIS is hardCORE!! hahahaa

  • I want to marry you. Seriously. These friggin workouts are fantastic!

  • Very advanced group of exercises.

  • I don't know what classes you teach, but this is extremely advanced material for olympic gymnists and ballet dancers.

  • I teach several different types of classes and the one I use this video for is my class that is only on core - a whole hour of core strength and balance. I brought into the the class what I could from the video, modified some of it where needed to suit my participants. And FYI, I'm a competitive triathlete and runner too. I train very hard. I have already used several exact same moves from this video. It has been very useful.

  • Awesome. I teach an entire class on core work as well. But, most of my participants would need one of many modifications for each of these exercises in this particular video, as my students are no where near this advanced level of fitness (neither am I, but this sure is inspiring me to shoot toward a higher goal of core fitness!) Turns these 2 guys in the video are not gymnasts, but you could have fooled me. :) Take care...

  • great core vids, all three of them. Just curious, did you come up with some of these exercises on your own?

  • having a strong core can make your central nervous system trigger a growth and strenthening of all muscle in your body!

  • too much twister eh?

  • i broke a bone just by watching you do those things really amazing:) but i would agree with kep3g because some people cant do those things that you did:)just a suggestion anyway more power to you

  • Comment removed

  • awesome!

  • fucking crazy ass shit dude. this guys gotta have a 8 pack after doing all this shit. A STRONG CORE IS THE KEY TO TRUE OVERALL STRENGTH! nice video man. much respect!

  • out of control insanity....But I will give it

    a try

  • Man, that is some rough lookin core excercises. I'm about to try some of it starting Monday!

  • supposed to be an exercise video of things normal people can do

  • no, it wasn't! :)

  • top class !great trackwith it

  • yea! Dragonflags ftw!

    did bruce lee inspire you?

  • are you a wrestler?

  • that looks gret but i aint no superman

  • This is great it really works, thanks.

  • wow, i cant do half of those but nice work

  • impressive! this stuff is a LOT harder to do than it looks...

  • i swear he could be a great fighter, he looks like a fucking fit guy with balanced strenght

  • Holy Crap!! you guys are built

  • were u influenced by pavel?

  • lol i agree .. nice ass by the way

  • These exercises aren't for everybody. U better be in really good shape and u have a well condiitoned core before u try this.

  • these exercises are healthy 4 u, they wont break your back. but make it stronger, so doing these exercises will actually make people quit going to lower back rehab specialists like u. NO OFFENESE!!!!!!!

  • that handstand thing is hardcore

  • sorta...but so is break dancin. What he did was start and stop a windmill... Just learn how to break

  • Does anyone know what that exercise is at 1:19, and what muscle it works?

  • AWW COME ON!!!

These are exercises for an olympic gymnast!!!!

  • And even for him they are not gonna be easy either...

  • no normall person can do dis u got any thing for begginers

  • I can do the first one if that counts D:

  • Your core is the line through the middle of your abs, and helps your stamina right.

  • Some of these don't work the core that much...for example, that exercise around 3:40 is a wrestling exercising to help develop hip and back flexibility

  • have you tried that exercise? wall walks like that do build hip and back flexibility but there is a very big core strength component involved in it as well.

  • of course! I didn't say it didN't work the core ; ). I guess maybe i don't feel the exercise work too much, if at all, b/c compared to other core exercises, that exercise at 3:40 doesn't seem to burn/work the core as much. Still a great exercise

  • the name of this video should be core exercises you cant do.

  • lol yea

  • Really cool and creative moves. Very inspiring!

    More please!!!!!

  • this guy is a monster....

no way i can do this, this shits intense..and tis guy is flexible as hell

  • Some of these excersizes I already do....and work well....I'll incorporate some of the other ones into my work outs....thanks for the video!

  • Who exactly am I bothering? What I was getting at is the commercialized approaches to achieving a respectable core (often the issue of how they look) are not as effective as the examples in this video.

  • sorry dude was having a bad day, just took it out on you in writing lol

  • Fuck your ab lounges, your ab shockers and your bullshit excuse for core work - this is on spot.

  • man that guy is uber strong... I went to the docs today turns out my bad back is down to weak muscles and not any spine problems... looks like I'm gonna be doing this stuff :-)

  • This looks hard ,is there anything easier?

  • easier doesn't work

  • lol I guess you have to build your strength up huh ..I will try this

  • video admin or anyone who wishes to input is there anything I can do to prepare my body for this work out???

  • This Seether song is one of my favorites, but I liked the video better with the previous music track...a bit of The Crystal Method if I remember correctly.

  • you must have a hell of a punch, or at least a fast one.

  • I wish!! Should I consult a physician before doing this? Some of the balance poses to start maybe.

  • well i think this is great even though they would laugh at it lol. i use them

  • um..i doubt gymnasts would laugh at this

  • These are core exercises. lol. I'm looking up these videos to improve my squat.

  • Ok so a few things to write :

    a) I feel like ive just had an amazing core abs workout by just seeing this video.

    b) You are not real. Im in shock to see a human body with such control and flexibility. SHOCKED.

    c) You must be great in bed, and for that, I applaud you.

    d) I want to take you out. You're hot.

    e) *awkward silence*

  • I will tell you that there are plenty of people much stronger and better than me (i.e. gymnasts) but I appreciate the compliment, there is actually two different people in the video, and both of us have moved on to a different style of training, this was just for fun.

  • are you a gymnast? or a martial arts expert of something of the sort?

also, are these exercises meant to be done as part of one workout? like, should these be used all together in the same workout session? or are you just throwing ideas out there?

  • I'm not a gymnast, most gymnast's would laugh at this, but I've done martial arts for 16 years. This was the particular group of exercises I used to master the flag, it took less than a month, and I figured I'd share it. Every person will view this differently, but I am just sort of throwing ideas out there.

  • wow, those are really good man

  • Thanks man, a bit difficult for some people and for me at my age for my training level/size/strenght just the one standing on the head. But for the rest very useful ideas to promote side muscles around the core, doing those sideways moves: too often basic trainings tend to focus only on straight and central motions, letting out important sections of muscles and those supporting the rotation types of movements

  • Thanks! You just motivated me to use all that stuff in my basement! Sometimes I look at it and can't believe I use to be down there every day... Now, I just push it aside as look for stuff!

    I'm subscribing!

  • good routine - especially the pelvis, glute work towards the end

you won't see too many people doing these exercises in the gym, but of course they're all concerned with chest and biceps - jackasses

  • i think you showed me how to do the one on the pull-up bar im still practicing it. its though but it works. i cant get as high as you do still.

thanks this is a great drill!

  • Do we know each other?

  • wow, this is more than amazing.

    great video!

  • wat a faggit..

  • You misspelled "what a faggot". Nice try, learn how to spell..

  • sucking dick diminishes spelling ability lol

  • Fine Again by Seether

  • Very helpful stuff, thx

  • You're amazing baby!

Can you teach me some stuff for ladies?

    -TKO

  • There is no gender requirement for this stuff, give it a go, may not be perfect today, but everything can be learned and perfected in time.

  • that workout on 2:00 is mad sick!

  • Pretty cool/innovative stuff. I'm a p/t and some of those exercises were familiar w/a new twist on them. Very cool!

  • wow, great method!! I wanna see this guys tummy!

  • These seem like really advanced techniques?

  • 4:33 to the end looks like he is having sex with the exercise ball

  • Primo! Excellent. Something for every fitness level. Thanks :-)

  • Thats crazy, goodluck with that!!!!

  • How often do you recommend doing core exercises?

  • That makes no sense, what if you work the nightshift? Besides, everyone wants the magic pill and the easy way, you have to be nutritionally sound while training for a purpose. Not eating is the dumbest thing I've ever heard from a weight loss program, and why would you put that comment on my video? There is no correlation.

  • song?

  • Crystal Method, Name of the Game

  • Dude are you a gymnist... good stuff!

  • That last exercise looks a bit dodgy! - might get some funny looks if I tried that in my Gym. Some excellent routines though.

  • LMAO

  • On some of the exercises you were using weights like the half loaded barbell that you were twisting, are you not concerned with developing too much bulk? I ask because a lot of those looked really good and I would like to give them a try. Thanks. Great videos.

  • I'm not a bodybuilder, I'm not concerned with appearance, it's all about performance. That loaded barbell, is a barbell version of a windmill.

  • OOOO THATS THE ROCKY IV EXERCISES RIGHT?damn!!!

  • Nice improvisation with equipment...Too bad La Fitness doesn't have kettle bells.

  • The guy filming has a matching outfit. How cute.

  • We both work at LA Fitness, hence the ugly blue uniforms

  • Do you train like a madman like Chuck Liddell?

Thanks for the video. Nice balance.

  • I don't train for MMA, just to be compact powerhouse.

  • THX for that new work-out inspirations!!! :)

  • WOW, anything specific to help stabilize bench press. Pulled a muscle in my back (lower/mid trap) and cant seem to recover, figured there was a muscular imbalance. Thanks

  • Some of this will be incorporated into my unit's fitness program. Since you posted it online, we can run it by the doc first too. Thanks!

  • Best of luck with that, there's two more videos that show some other things as well, part 2 and part 3

  • Do you have any specific exercises to strengthen lower back and glutes to improve posture when sprinting.(mainly leaning forward too much) or anything else that could help that. also that a 17 year old girl can manage.

  • Sure single legged hyperextensions, supermans, flat out planks and bridges that work on stability more than anything else.

  • You have a very strong core. Most impressive! :D

  • DAMN , you have a very strong core , man! i have a question thou.what is the difference between CORE exercises and ABS exercises? can anyone answer me please exactly? thanks , alvin

  • Core is considered to be the muscles of the hips, and midsection and low back. Core exercises mainly focus on stability, and movement in forward, and lateral flexion, as well as hypextension or hip extension, and rotation. Ab exercises are mostly forward bending.

  • And I thought I was fit, you're amazing man. Bet you put my six pack 2 shame...

  • great exercises, amazing core strength, thanks for posting

  • a real athlete! I hate all the fake youtubers who claim expertise, don't they know we can see right through them? This is real core strength with years of practice. Notice, he's not big or musclular, but lean and strong. I wish girls appreciated this and not muscle bound guys that lose their breath tying shoe laces.

  • Haha, dont worry, you would be suprised by how many girls actually do prefer that:) we're not all that short-sighted.

  • nice job man...fellas you can find some more basic core stregth moves in last and this months issues of mens health magazine.

  • wow amazin core strength

  • How many reps and sets r u supposed to do?

  • Depends on your goals, I like to keep the more advanced stuff right around 5-6 reps, but if some of this is real easy, then by all means challenge yourself.

  • props to incredible core strength and balance, i will surely be adding some of these to my core routine(if i can do them haha)

  • awesome vid man, sure as hell usefull,

  • Yah I love doin the first ones, those are excellent, I do them on my bench all the time, basically allows u to move ur whole core.

Keep Up The Great Work and Stay Solid!

  • Hey -- at 1:45, you start an exercise that I haven't seen you repeat in your other videos. You have the straight bar held above while you bend over with a dumbell in the other hand. Is there a name for that? This is your best video too...simply for 2 reasons, the diversity of moves and most importantly the music.

  • I believe it's called a two handed anyhow, or a windmill using a barbell instead of a kettlebell . Thanks a bunch, I'm in the process of gathering a few more exercises for part 3, just running a bit low on ideas, the other guy (blonde one) doesn't work with me anymore, so I'm on my own.

  • hi bro,are u suppose to feel strain on your abs when u do these stuffs? Specifically the hanging ones.

  • They're all things that can help make you stronger, some are not as conventional as others

  • impressive, are you a personal trainer>?

  • Both of us are

  • Brilliant upload! These are great! Some of them i failed to see being functional at all except maybe in the practice of sex or a wicked game of limbo. But never the less the music is a hit classic and the results are beneficial. It hurts so good.

  • Thanks furiyianfiraga, excellent exercises with a perfect song

  • A good video men, Can you tell me the name of the song that you use for it?

  • Crystal Methods, "Name of the game"

  • you are a sick bastard

  • nice vid ive been looking for core workouts and u have every one and then some. 5 stars

  • these are really great core workouts, i'll save this as a favorite, thanks!

  • Fantastic! I'm curious if you stick to the every other day core workout or not. And, how important do you think it is to ad resistance to core workouts? As a girl, I tend to shy away fr
