he is slow because he probably just finish doing a mix of 30 rounds on skipping shadow boxing etc by the time u hit the heavy bag after all those rounds of course you will be fatigue and hit slow, these guys have to push themselves when they train.

I dont think that 1 pound makes much of a difference, but Cotto is at a disadvantage, because I dont think he does too well at that weight at all, and manny has gone up weight classes but it is easier to go up than to go down(still is something hard to do), when you go up you get stronger, sometimes slower, but manny is still fast enough...but it will be a good fight, I personally think this is the best boxing match of the year, and the two best boxers right now.
