@PPKproductions3 Orson divorced Bree because she didn't want to turn Andrew in, even though she wouldn't stay with Orson before unless he turned himself in for running over Mike Delfino. You have to watch from Season 1, or you miss a lot of things.

Orson didn't hit Mike Delfino because he was driving recklessly...he hit Mike because Mike was the last person to see Orson before he helped his mother hide her body. Orson didn't kill her, but he helped his mother (who did kill her because his mom wanted him to stay with Alma), and he would have been tried as helping to cover up a murder.
