oh wow, i had no idea this was like, a "thing." i only watch music videos i think... anyway, very cool: 4 lbs. in week 1, awesome!!!!!!!!!!! so when do you do your weigh ins, mondays? i think i'll start doing them then also. i don't think i'll start a video thing, but maybe i'll just tell you, here. or maybe i'll be too chicken (ahem, i WISH i was at 165, ok????), then again, maybe i won't be. :-)
I've been doing weigh-ins on Sundays. I did one this past week but didn't film it, since I went out and got drunk and ate a donut and a half at 2:30 a.m. when I got home and I knew the scale would be angry with me. I saw no change, which is better than going up.
Anyway, yeah, Sundays. I'll try to get the viddies up before end of day Sunday but they take a lot of time to make them fun to watch. Rock on, sistafriend.
