  • This is so incredibly beautiful

  • Love it

  • 3 Nephi 22:10

For the mountains shall depart and the hills be removed, but my kindness shall not depart from thee, neither shall the covenant of my peace be removed, saith the Lord that hath mercy on thee.

  • This is so beautiful, i need this to day, thank you.

  • This is one of the only "Mormon" songs that I really enjoy. Don't get me wrong, I'm an active, happy LDS member, but some of the music that church people come out with is...Well, anyway. This is a beautiful song, and I think Bayles does a superb job with it. It really uplifts and the lyrics are beautiful.

  • @MissAliGrace Have you heard much of Hilary Weeks music? There is also some EFY music that is just simply beautiful.

  • @kseismoloj I'm very familiar with Hilary Weeks, but there is only one song of hers that I enjoy. I also know a lot of EFY music and find most of it...forgettable. I do love Daniel Beck, though. Have you heard of him? He is seriously one of the most talented men I've ever heard. His CD's are so inspirational.

  • @MissAliGrace I have never heard of Daniel Beck, but I will check out his music. Which song of Hilary Weeks do you like? Out of the EFY songs I think my favorite artists are Hilary Weeks, Michael Webb, Kenneth Cope, Jenny Jordan Frogley, Tammy Simister Robinson, and Doug Walker has at least one good one. If you want some really good instrumental music look up David Tolk, he is pretty amazing. I like most of his stuff.

  • @kseismoloj The Hilary Weeks song is called "I Will." It's on the '09 EFY album, if I'm not mistaken. I'm very familiar with all those artists, but I'm not overly-fond of any of them. I do like Mindy Gledhill's Indie-style CD called Anchor. And, of course, DVB. Jordan Bluth is another huge favorite of mine. His Christmas CD has been my favorite holiday CD for the past couple years.

  • I have seen some atheist supporting videos, and its all the same. they deny god because they belive they are so smart. I have an iq of 189 and im not ashamed to say that I love christ more than I love myself. more people need to hear this song. It was so beautiful that it made me feel ugly.

  • Thank you so much for posting this! Both the song and the slide show are absolutely beautiful!

  • wow this, i think, is the first video i have seen that has absolutely no dislikes. i mean it probably needs more views before that happens but still.

  • i absolutely LOVE this.

  • Beautiful pics and song I love.

  • Would be better without the choir that sings at some parts, but that is just a very small critique I had in my mind. This song is fabulous. Deeply spiritual and inspiring, touching directly to my soul that has always known Him. Thank you for sharing this video, and for this indescribable arrangement.

  • Cool!

  • Brother Bayles, you recent performed in Orlando, Florida at TOFW. Thank you for blessing me with your sweet talent; your amazing ability to make me feel something inside my heart that I cannot describe.

  • saw his first performance as the phantom, he is the phantom

  • I love you Dallyn!!! your are an amazing cousin to have around and I really look up to you!!!

  • Thank you so much for this video. It totally lifted my day and changed my demeanor. I love these verses.

  • "For a little Have I forsaken thee... In a little wrath I hid my face from thee for a moment."

It's important to understand the message of this hymn. What would make the Lord forsake us, or hide his face from us? Consider a statement by Elder Nelson:

"While divine love can be called perfect, infinite, enduring, and universal, it cannot correctly be characterized as unconditional.

God loves those who keep his commandments. If one repents, he can experience a measure of God's love.

  • Thank you so much for putting this up.

  • Thanks for posting this. I actually love this version much better than the original. It seems more musical and personal somehow. :)

  • Great video however I did not care for this version of the song.

  • Sweet.

  • Alma 42:15

And now, the plan of mercy could not be brought about except an atonement should be made; therefore God himself atoneth for the sins of the world, to bring about the plan of mercy, to appease the demands of justice, that God might be a perfect, just God, and a merciful God also.
