I want to drive one of these, just so I can take out some theives. I'll use a line on them too like; "I bet you didn't think when you got up this morning, that you'd try and rob a complete badass today" lol. And then I'd beat thier faces in of course. The thing is they don't pay enough. More money would attract higher trained guys.
God! I hope you armed truck drivers make good money-that job is not worth it,I've heard some make as low as $9 per hr. Even $11 is not worth getting shot for money your never going to spend to feed your fam & pay bill's with!
I work for an armored truck company, not brinks and the our guards have side door keys because there's a chance the release buttons won't work. It would allow us to stay on route and on time if the release buttons failed during route. If that driver worked for us, he would have been in trouble because both guards are SUPPOSE to keep insight of each other. Oh well, sounds like they were too at ease and let their guard down.
@cajuncharm87 i worked for rochester armored. the driver had front door key only but can pop the back and side.. but also rear has controll to lock down the truck at any time.. BOTH guards never see eachother always.. Company got in trouble for us parking out front blocking traffic so they fucked us .. But none the less i got outta that crazyness 5 yrs was enough
why do brinks courier has a key to open the side door, don't the driver press the realease botton to open the side the door..no wonder they get ambhsh.
im a guard and i can tell you it cant be a inside job as that guy down there said. they polygraph you to see if you would steal or have stolen and if you fail u dont get the job.
I hate polygraphs, peoples lives have been ruined because of them.
A polygraph can be passed easily even though your lying if you keep a cool, calm conscience and maybe take some benzo's.
A polygraph can easily be failed even though your telling the truth because you where nervous just about taking the test, and many people have had false criminal accusations because they where just nervous about taking a polygraph test.
I know guys that do this in Australia and make a min of $25-31 an hour
