Im German and I live in Germany so I will show you whos right:

Autobahn is the German word for motorway/"snelweg"/freeway/aut­oroute and so on.

And 84% of German freeways have NO speed limit! The other 16% have. But standard is NO speed limit so that's why people say there is no speed limit on german freeway!

Its like saying: On regular streets the speed limit is 50 but there are also parts where it is 30 for example.

I was in Ontario a couple of summers back, i drove through Barrie to Huntsville, and everyone drove very neatly. I was surprised but now that i hear what you are into when you do this its understandable. There where many patrol cars down the highway from Toronto to Barrie. Lucky they didnt stop me then.

your right that they may both be harmful, but in the long run diesels have an edge over gasoline. They produce much more torque, get better mpg, last longer, and produce less hydrocarbs. Both fuels when burnt may be bad for the atmosphere but beilve it or not they keep the air we breathe cleaner. but you have to worry about the fuel gelling up in the cold. my stepdad went away with his truck in the cold, not where to plug in, and clogged his fuel pump. Sucks

oh, nice. i drove more miles on diesel cars above 100 mph than u drovecars at all, so you'd better grow a pair than i. second, the diesel has an efficiency factor of 35 to 40%, the gasoline 27 to 30 %, so it is not twice as efficient. the diesel FEELS in a short rpm range more powerful, but overall it is the same as the gasoline engine.
