I own this camera (2 really) and I think it's a descent one. Got mine at the Nebraska Furniture Mart while it was on sale last year (as of March 2011 they were still carrying the camera). I don't use their software to load or edit the video on my PC (software is junk). It's not tops, but it's good. It's way better the "quality in old sellphone recordings". However I'm looking for a good HD camera to replace the older SD equipment I have. Maybe one day...
I like your vids..... I saw this came today at office works ( I am from Australia) When I saw it I LOVED IT and it swas under 200 dollars!!!. So...... Here is my question, is it good enough for your basic every day filming of crap? Like silly things, and to have in your bag for if you ever need to spy snap or qwick funny snap something? Coz I am one of those big snap picture takers, or filmers.... and always get them memories that people never get coz they aint ever ready...
@TheBill2468 I actually returned this camera shortly after opening it. It did not seem to work well with Mac and the angle of the lens is bad for shooting still subjects. Uploading directly to you tube yields horrible video quality.

I was looking at the JVC but I am leaning to Samsung. Could you please tell me if you can the following:
!/ Difference between the c10 and the C20 (I think there is a 3rd model too) ?
2/ The image stabilization, is it optical or digital ?
3/ How wide a view is the wide angle end of the zoom range. ?
I am messing around with time lapse (now using a still camera, Canon SD 790is.
Hope to see some sample footage.
