it is great to hear some one advocating being present here and now in the body yet still be spiritual ! So much is placed on trying to escape the body ,that is not the challenge to be here in the body that is the challenge.
What I love about this video is your PRESENCE and the message that you share. I really enjoyed how the camera zoomed in and out and your courage in sharing how the process of sharing your creativity is expanding. I agree with @sallyelsbury that you come across in a different way, I guess what I wanted to hear was your beliefes and values and passion for what you do. Great stuff!!!
