@ten0nine You have to tune the low needle so that the revs are not high enough at idle to engage the clutch. It's quite hard to find the balance. If you're going to try it make very small adjustments to the needle then see what happens.

I run the engine in before xmas, he got it xmas day, 10 mins after, he hit a kerb doing 30-40 and smashed all 3 pieces of the bulkhead, stearing was the ofc Knackered, just fitted the new parts today, was only £7-75, so not so bad

it all depends cause i have a firestorm and my friend has a mt2 and we sprint and sometimes he wins sometimes i do,,cause firestorms acceleration is better but i think mt2 top speed is better

yes I drived my firestorm in snow and it worked fine but you might need to tune it a bit

Get a Jato 3.3, its way faster then the firestorm and it handles WAY better, also there is lots more upgrades for the jato and the customer support is better. I own a Jato 3.3 and my friend owns a Firestorm, anyways it takes him the whole street to make a U-turn and mine makes a uturn in a quarter of the street. Firestorm is sweet but Jato's sweeter.

Buy an associated Gt2 theyre better in every aspect, and the difference is much more notable if you are racing. plus they are quite reliable.

yes hes good, :) if i would be you get Firestorm og nitro mt2, but i crashed my firestorm i was trying to reach the top speed, and lost control and bammmm crashed on rock(little) and rolled like 12 or 13 circles,

1st time i bashed mine i went full on into a wall and broke the bulkhead lol. if it wont start take the glowplug out and pull the starter cord because the engine may be flooded

is it possible for you to make a video of u doing speed runs on your firestorm on a stretch of (preferably) concrete, a nice straight road or something, and have the camera in the middle of the strip, where i would like to see you hit full throttle. is that possible? if you can do this huge favour for me, i would deeply appreciate it, as i am interested in buyign a firestorm

If you want superhigh top speed buy a schumacher or a traxxas jato or something. Super high top speeds are fun for 10 minutes though. offroad cars are fun to jump and bash, or on tracks if thats your thing. Neither of which needs top speed. Bottom end grunt is all the biz :)

Btw when you get it, after you have run it in and start to floor it, don't worry if it starts to bog down at full throttel, you just need to lean out the lsn.

Yeh, it's easy to drive. I has a controller like a 'gun' you know with a drigger as gas, and wheel on side for stearing.

yea, they nose dive alot, i have to gas about 1/4-1/2 throttle just to keep it level well, i did, before i mashed the front bulkhead and broke the throttle arm, i fixed the bulkead, and my throttle arm's on order. ill see if i cant get a video up soon!
