  • Great video! Is it possible to cook fish in this cooker? There no single info about fish in the manual.I mean they should at least write do not cook fish. The manual is useless i learned a lot more from this lady videos than from the manual.

  • @cedrowski pressure cooking is essentially steaming at high pressure. So yes, you can cook fish, but it will be steamed fish and I think you don't need more than 3 to 5 minutes at pressure. I have never cooked fish, but I don't see why not... it may disintegrate so you'll have to learn as you go good luck

  • Great video. Thanks!

  • I so want an electric pressure cooker! On my list of wants...maybe mother's day? lol

  • Great video! I enjoy your videos and have learned a lot! Thanks for all your work and contributions to the community. :-)

The ticker as you call it, is actually called the regulator and helps control the pressure, it usually starts, spinning, rocking and hissing at 15 PSI. If you were going to get a stove top version I'd highly recommend getting one with a pressure gage as well.
