yeah, Free Runners group at Aotea Sq on Saturday morning. While parkour enthusiasts attend on a Sunday. Just as a warning, it seems as if the parkour season is over. Every weekend we gather so far has been filled with rain, we'd take any opportunity we get to practice, but the weather has not been kind on us.

I uhm, I don't represent the Auckland Free Runners. I made this video to encourage parkour, and I made the other video to encourage free running. I encourage either, as long as either of you guys do something thats active and awesome ^_^. Like Jesse and Robbie said.

You guys need to work on flow (combining moves and tricks together) rather than just performing one thing at a time..

A couple of vaults need work here and there..
