"The hell with swiss tradition"??? Who wants to pay huge unnecessary taxes, which has become quite inefficient. No other country taxes you while working abroad; so Joe should realize that moving to Switerland will still entitle the USA to tax you--if you are a US citizen living abroad . . . higher taxes kills competition because it removes the incentive of working because the more you work the more you are taxed . . .

What scares me is the 4th amendment issue that doesn't seem to be discussed at here. Since when is it OK for any branch of government to issue a blanket order for the private financial information of any citizen, much less group of citizens without proof of impropriety or any semblance of due process???
