Tiago had to get a couple of shoulder taps out the gate...He should have won, but going wide and then being semi blocked didnt help.
All in all, it wont matter... Colonel John is going to win the classic.

agree with the shoulder taps, but CURLIN against colonel john?.colonel john won by a lucky nose bob to Mambo,and mambo ran against CURLIN and he was beaten by many lenghts.
Curlin will surely b the favorite at the post.

Colonel John checked 3 times & he waited for competition. His gallop out was perfect in the Travers. Curlins best performaces have come in the rain, but who has he beat?? Well Armed could barely get 9 furlongs at the begining of the year. Colonel John is the one a of few horse that can run a sub :35 3/8th coming home. He is quicker than Curlin just like Rags To Riches....by the way, Im a Tiznow fan, so leave it up to one of his sons to make sure he remains the only 2 time winner...lol

Spirit One-Great G1 Turfer, but let him stay at turf..
Well Armed, great run at Pacific but Go Between is too good for him, run 3rd last dubai worldcup..
Tiago,he just cant run like what he used to,but still, he ran last BC CLASSIC,
so only Well Armed and Tiago did run against the 07 horse of the year, "Curlin"..
so easy exactas..

Mast Track,hes too young or I say less experienced to stakes race...
Surf Cat, hes too old and hard to pull the trigger to win G1 races,
Albertus Maximus, hes bloodline r not good enough to win G1 races.
Zappa,not a G1 or $500 000 runner, outclass.

tiago should it of won mike just made a tiny mistake :S if pace is hot in classic look fo tiago to pass by curlin if hes even in the stretch.
