  • @sw33tnl You know that indigenous peoples of Central and South America (where corn is also indigenous to) have been using lime stone (aka calcium oxide) for the nixtamalization of corn (maize) for literally thousands of years right? The realest of the real tortillas are made from corn nixtamalized using lime (not the citrus). So what makes these tortillas less than real?
