Actually you can rotate in screenflow straight up there is a little circle in the middle of the text slightly to the right and you click and drag it up and down.

Both progrmas suck to be honest. If you do not have Premiere then Camtasia is OK. The best option is to use FRAPS and edit the files in Premire Pro.

In my experiences camtasia has been better, it's more intuitive and a lot easier to get the recording of sound coming out of your computer(I couldn't get screenflow to do it, from my research is has something to do with 64bit SL).

There are free options, Quick Time X in Snow Leopard will do screen recording. There are also free web sites that will do it that you can use from any platform. If you do a lot of screencasts, the extra features of products like ScreenFlow might be worth it.
