The bigger-than-life Mary of Roman Catholicism is a FALSE portrayal of the Biblical Mary (the Bible never portrays Mary as being anything more than a godly woman used by God).

Yes. I am Catholic, and very familiar with the "Immaculate Conception" concept. Funny thing, though, I was researching the idea of "Ex Cathedra" just yesterday. The Pope used this to declare the Immaculate Conception a "dogma of the Church". The only time that Ex Cathedra has been used since then, and the only time since Vatican I, was in 1950, when Pius XII declared the Assumption of Mary to be an article of our Faith. Anyway, thanks again for this beautiful tribute to Our Mother.
