By the time he was 8 he was doing 1,000-2,000 deep knee bends every single day. His father worked him hard - had him running five miles from their home to their farm as well. He's discussed this before. When he was with the Pens - they'd show footage of him practicing on the ice in a t-shirt and shorts - he's all muscle - his glutes are amazing.

I agree with you njdevilsss950003.....Jagr has had the best career imaginable......but im sick of hearing about Crosby and Malkin. Yeah Jagr probally cant keep up with those guys now...but,back in the day he could ! i bet you that ! So give jags some credit ! Also there is a chance hes coming back to Pittsburgh ! 646 goals.....953 assisst and 1599 points...lets give the man some credit.
i really do not like the rangers, as you can tell by my username. but i have to say. everytime i hear an interview with jagr, i think "god..anyone would love to have him on their team." he is a true leader on the ice and in the locker room, and has had a career with extraordinary success. sure some seasons have been better than others, but in total, jaromir jagr is a great hockey player, you have to admit, even if you hate the rangers like me.
