You know when they thought he had died coz he fell in the river and they couldn't find him so they assumed he was dead and had a funeral for him in the coffee house. It wasn't technically a funeral- more of a memorial. With singing :)

Eloise Mignon who acted Bridget on neighbours was going back to uni because she'd deferred for 2 years to act in neighbours....so they had to find a plausable reason for Bridget to leave, and Susan Bower didnt believe that Declan and Bridget would ever break up so killing Bridget off was the only way it would leave James Sorensen (he act's Declan) with a job.
