@TheSeasmy lets put it this way, my laptop with a core duo 2.1 processor, 3gb of memory and an intergrated video card can run this game. (not very well but...) I doubt you will have trouble running this, you may just need to play around with the video settings though. Hoped this helps :)

Also the reason being that "the company reevaluated its strategy of adapting certain Western content for free-to-play online games in Asian markets."
