Call Recording and Web Access on Acrobits Softphone

Good info. I have a question, after the new update on this app. we have the option of emailing the recording if we want, but this option is not fully functional after I put the email address and it send I would automatically just give me a message saying unavailable to email. Why is that happening? any suggestion? Thanks so much. 
