I'm a US Marine and I fine nothing wrong with this. No matter what instrument the National Anthem is played on its still the National Anthem. Dude your awesome and personally I like the national Anthem a lot played like this. Keep having pride in our country.

whats wrong with the national anthem the way it was written? that is one song that does not need to be adjusted or spiced up to be great. honestly its so much better if you leave it alone! you did a great job justin!

@chrismortloch92 yeah, but you need to think of one thing, you can actually know what your hearing here, many anthems on the guitar are all screwed up, only little parts sound genuine, this sounds perfect to me, sweet and simple, no need to make it complicated.

@justinskate123 To me it sounded a lot like Dave Navarro's version, at least I was watching your fret hand and it looked damn close to his version, but I am not dogging you at all, this is simply the GREATEST song ever written if you ask me. I play Navarro's version myself, and for the first time in front of a large crown on August 6th for some of our brave men and women coming home from war, I just know that I'll get chills while playing it.
