SORRY BUT YOU HAVE TO MANAGE THE WEIGHT ALONE. IF NOT, TAKE LESS WEIGHT but do it alone.

that extra help is for extreme weights and last reps.

Its not about the equipment ever, although having access to better machines has its benefits, its all about the effort,will, and intensity you put into what you are doing. Love his build and he does look natural, but even if he was using gear it would take hard work to look that damn good.
