red arrows are superd i am telling ya's now last yr in 2010 my nanna and family took me 2 ryhll to see an airshow event i frt it was only the display models untill the red arrows flew over me and i was just like WOWEEEEEEE an i dint miss them in 2011 for nuffin!! 50 Cent is the best thing i have ever bin 2 see an i never compete him with anything!! but i seen the red arrows i dont know wich one is better but they are 2 different kind of shows lol FANTASTIC R.I.P Flight Luitenant John Egging....

@coolyo366 no offence coolyo but i am a regiment gunner for the RAF. I've spent time out on service with your airforce and when we're all chillin n chatin, the USAF admit hands down that our intel, technology and complete air support is probably the best in the world. Whenever we were required to support the RAF was always called on first not only for help but also on tactical advice.

few people get to go in these...but why on earth do you have to spoil the vid with music? The BAE Hawk makes better music than any other record! Let the viewer enjoy the sounds and whines of the cockpit chatter, alarms (alerts), the faint sound of the engines.

Due to aerodynamic noise produced by air flow over the aircraft, you are unable to hear the sound of the engine Even at the end of the video when the music ends you are unable to hear the engine throttle back for landing. Aerodynamic noise is even greater at higher speed. To listen to the intercom, an adaptor from the camera to the aircraft intercom system would have been required, which was unavailable at the time. There were no alarms or alerts during the flight.

great video,my dad has been lucky enough to of been up with them twice,once in the gnat and once in the hawk,he also managed to arrange for my girlfriend and i to spend her 21st b.day with them at scampton,watch them practice and then sit in on the debriefs.she got her own personal flypast at the end of the day!my dads spending four days with the 2009 team next week in jersey,im jealous,good vid.

I think I once saw the Red Arrows doing air manovers over the skies of Thornton Heath, Surrey. That was real cool, I'll never forget that. I'm used to seeing jumbo jets circleing for Gatwick & Heathrow, and even police & the odd ambulance helicopters fly around, but, that display of the Red Arrows was actually an interesting site to see.
