I've been using CS for over 3 months now and i haven't felt any side effects. and during that time I have NEVER gotten sick. Maybe its just good luck or its the silver. Just like the guy in the vid said, I use distiled water and pure silver and the EIS thing, and i also have a device that reads the ppm on the solution. I find that 10ppm is the best. 5/5
