She was tried and found guilty of some ambiguous moral offense, probably adultery, and is killed via firing squad for her crime. this album tells the story from 3 separate perspectives: a priest that works at the prison, one of the guards who shot and killed her, and kezia herself. read all the lyrics to this album; it really is a work of art.

I adore Protest The Hero, I think they are so fucking amazing <3 Kezia is my favourite album.. and I love how the band wrote each track as a story following the story of Kezia and people's different points of view on the situation, (for example this is from the prison guard's point of view)
