I was first intoduced to the Devil's Trill by an anime called Descendants of Darkness. The story captured me, and such a haunting and beautiful melody. It really is the devil's most difficult, but most beautiful piece of music.

Too smooth, perhaps? I would have appreciated more staccato in more places than he uses, so as to get that evil, crude, and cunning devil feel from it instead of the flowy drama he makes, that sounds more like a tribute than a tribulation.
