This isn't a clone of Team Fortress at all, though. I play TF2 constantly and game-play wise, the difference is huge. TF2 is based on teamwork (hence the word "TEAM" in its title) and not just killing people This looks to me like it's just a huge deathmatch to see who can get the most kills, there is no other objective. Aside from that, there appears to only be one class that can do everything as opposed to nine that do one specific thing. I don't see why people think it's a clone, honestly.

I just came from playing Microvolts. There is no medic, no spy, no pyro. Actually, there are no classes since everybody has the same weapon setup. The gameplay is completely different, it feels more like Q3A than anything else. All the people who keep saying it's a TF2 ripoff are just bandwagoning sheeps.

yeah...no offense but this IS team fortress 2. The Meet the scout video is clearly copied, The HVG's meet the video feels heavily influenced ( I watched this muted cuz it's late, but "cry some more!" was definitely going through my head) The Soldier character rocket jumps the same way the Soldier does in his meet the video, and the whole " climatic" explosion is Meet the Demoman...also...round, timed explosives? AND THE CHARACTER IS A CYCLOPS? It's like every bad tf2 fan char got their own game!

well in all actuallity, there is a ton of differences. There are 4 characters(Naomi [aka girl with bat],Knox,Pandora[Sniper girl], and C.H.I.P[robot], its a third person shooter, enemies drop items(HP, Shield, and ammo), there is no classes, no medic weps, no flamethrower, there is a TD, close combat mode, Item match, no spectator, there are trampolines, no sentries, despensers, or teleporters, no pistols, and all characters can use any wep.

Microvolts is actually much deeper than what you see on the trailer. Sure, the creators might have been inspired by TF2 and a few other games (note that there are no classes in Microvolts) but once you actually start playing it and doing swapstyles you'll understand that the creators made it so it is unlike any other game.

The developer of the game has admitted to taking ideas from TF2 and turning into his own but these games aren't that similair. For one thing there are no classes, everyone has acess to all of the weapons and it's in 3rd person (besides from when you scope with the sniper rifle).
