Cool, uh... segment. I get it all but the, uh... thing about how it's like ummm... speaking. What's wrong with, like... a few ummms? It gives me time to think what the next, uh... word is. You know? Just like when I'm uh... freestyling.

Well explained Dave...removing the 'the' from your combos takes practice and planning but it's the first step towards achieving flow.
