Hi. I'd like to take this opportunity to educate you.

What you supposedly hold is not the title "bloodstained ground", but your own version, which is not the same (some would argue the pronounciation is the same, but English rules says they're not).

Secondly, song titles need to be made up to belong to someone. Your long research in dictionaries is already over though, as any English dictionary will get you Bloodstained and Ground.

Don't waste your attorney's time...
