This isn't a compressor stall at all. A compressor stall would mostly stop the impeller as the air decompresses across the structure, causing an uncontrolled venting of air out the back _and_ the front of the turbo.
What this is most likely to be is the blow-off valve venting to the atmosphere. The blow-off valve is designed for the exact purpose of preventing costly and damaging compressor surges/stalls, whilst allowing the turbo to spin freely without killing itself.
@kylegordon If you read the description at all, you'd see that there's a blanking plate fitted (to the blow-off valve) so that it can't vent. So this is infact compressor stall.
